Our roots in the glass industry go back more than 13 years, when our founder began her journey as a partner in AAA Affordable Glass, serving residential and commercial customers from 2013 to 2019.


Today, Glass Services Pro & Remodeling Solutions continues that legacy of excellence while building a new path focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, and community impact. We take pride in providing customized solutions that combine beauty, durability, and functionality for every project we undertake.

Meet Our Founder & CEO

Lilian Mena

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Lilian Mena is a respected construction and business professional with more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout her career, she has served as a Construction General Manager for Paradise Construction Enterprises Inc., Roofing and General Contractors, where she successfully managed major construction projects and emergency response operations related to hurricanes including Hurricane Michael, Hurricane Maria, and other natural disasters.


Her leadership, commitment to excellence, and dedication to community service have earned her numerous recognitions for both her professional achievements and social contributions.


Beyond construction, Lilian has dedicated much of her life to missionary and humanitarian work. She has served communities in Haiti, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, and Costa Rica, focusing on helping children living in extreme poverty, victims of abuse, and vulnerable families.



Her passion for service, faith, and community development continues to shape the mission and values of Glass Services Pro & Remodeling Solutions.

Talita Cummi Foundation

At Glass Services Pro & Remodeling Solutions, our commitment extends far beyond construction and glass services. Through the Talita Cummi Foundation, we actively support children and families living in vulnerable conditions throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.


Currently, more than 200 children are enrolled in our feeding assistance program. While we are still working toward providing three daily meals seven days a week, we continue to expand our efforts every day to provide food, clothing, shoes, educational support, and essential resources to those who need them most.

Most importantly, we strive to share hope, faith, and the love of God with every child and family we serve.


Every project completed by Glass Services Pro & Remodeling Solutions contributes to this mission. When our clients choose us, they become part of a greater purpose helping bring hope, dignity, and opportunities to children and communities in need.

Our Mission

Our mission goes beyond meeting basic needs. We strive to enhance living conditions, foster family stability, and, most importantly, share Christian values and teachings. Through compassion, service, and God’s Word, we guide children toward a path of goodness, connect them with Jesus, and help them understand who He is, reminding them that hope is always possible. “Talita Cummi” means “Little girl, I say to you, arise”, and this calling defines everything we do: to lift hearts, restore dreams, and bring hope to children—no matter their circumstances or location.

Our vision is to see children transformed by the love of God, growing in faith, strong values, and real opportunities that allow them to break free from cycles of poverty and despair. We envision healthy, strengthened communities where children grow with dignity, hope, and purpose, guided by Christian principles and a future filled with promise.
